The Microsoft Certified Trainer Program

Microsoft Training Services Partners (TSP) are required to deliver official Microsoft courseware using Microsoft Certified Trainers. Membership in the MCT Program qualifies you to deliver this official Microsoft courseware in the Microsoft Learn customer skilling ecosystem.

The Microsoft Certified Trainer status is an annual membership program for professionals who train Microsoft customers on Microsoft technologies. You must meet program enrollment or renewal requirements, complete the online application, and agree to the MCT Program Agreement each year to remain enrolled in the MCT Program.

Register today to attend our quarterly ISCP Delivery Skills workshop, for which we accept a maximum of five attendees per workshop at a cost of USD $1,000.

In ROI Training’s ISCP Delivery Skills workshop, you will learn from senior training industry professionals before practicing your craft live, and you’ll receive a Delivery Skills Assessment rubric validating your performance with constructive feedback as observed in your live training delivery.

At this time, ROI Training only offers virtual ISCP Delivery Skills workshops, delivered in English.

Upon receiving a ‘passing’ assessment on your workshop, ROI Training will provide you with validation of your certificate and will register your assessment results with the Microsoft MCT Program.
